Yes. Viewing and analysis are free forever, with no account and no org connection. The license only unlocks the org pull, the permission builder, and team sharing.
The analysis never does. It reads your source and metadata only, on your machine. The optional org pull (Pro and up) runs through your own authenticated Salesforce CLI, exactly as if you ran the retrieve yourself. Your metadata never leaves your box.
The license format supports both perpetual and time-limited keys. See each tier for its terms.
After checkout you receive a signed license key. Drop it into the Studio (or set the LICENSE environment variable) and the paid features unlock. Keys can be machine-locked on request.
